They have false delivery times between their checkout and website. I paid for express samples which is supposed to be 3-5 business days, but when they emailed me they said it's 10-14 business days. When I pointed this out to them and told them I was no longer going to be at the address they sent as I'm moving into our new house, they told me they cannot issue a refund. Scammy company that I can't believe is rated so well. Lost my trust easily.
