What can I say it was an amazing experience! Melissa from customer service answered all my questions promptly and accurately. The samples were a wonderful way to pick the fabric. It fits like a glove and it was not even wrinkled. I bought the claw proof velvet in storm. The color is beautiful and the fabric is super soft. Kitty approves!
