An email I wrote to Customer Service at Comfort Works - 12/19/2023 Hi Mark I received my arm protectors for my sofa and matching chair! They turned out perfect! I want you to know I am very impressed with how well they are made and expect they’ll last for years. Your help Mark putting thru my order to production was greatly appreciated too. In todays world you don’t see much of that anymore. You were very reassuring that they would get done in time and yes you were right and now I have them in time for the holidays. When I see how far they traveled from Melbourne, Australia to my home in Pennsylvania, USA is amazing. They were ordered, made and shipped to my home in less than a month. That is excellent service. I used to be a manufacturer of high end ceramic and stone tiles and always had to meet the designer and architect deadlines. That is not always easy especially when your customer is thousands of miles away. You really have to understand and know the expectations of logistics. You all have that down really good.
