Every step of this process has been absolutely pleasant. I was delivered a couch cover that had 2 pieces that didn't fit. Not only were they very responsive, but then ask for measurements and sent me new prices that fit perfectly with no extra charge. Even before that they have been communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this product that's high quality with great customer service.
