I've not long received my new couch cover - Karlstad 3 Seater Sofa Cover Kino Frost and it is perfect! Chuck and Felicia were fabulous. I chatted to Felicia online as I could only find one fabric close to what I wanted. Chuck later emailed me and Let me know new fabrics were arriving shortly and one of them would suit my needs. They sent me a sample when I ordered the sample of the other one. The new sample was perfect! They kept me informed the whole way through the process, even letting me know when it was on it's way. My couch cover arrived within a few short weeks. Chuck and Felicia emailed again to make sure it was right. Love the service and love my cover! I would absolutely recommend them
