We had a really terrible experience with comfort works. We bought the slip cover because we saw they had a 60 day guarantee on their website thinking that we could return it if we didn’t like it but once we tried to return it, they said that they’re guaranteed doesn’t actually give a return and gives us some partial store credit, and the customer service with Simon was terrible
