What a joy to deal with a business whose mission revolves around going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that their customers are fully satisfied. Comfort Works is that company. From the time I requested swatches until I got the finished product, dealing with Chris and Felicia was extremely pleasant. This is my first time to order a custom cover for my Vilasund IKEA chaise/lounge. Having a bit of trepidation in ordering, I peppered Chris with questions about the cover: fit, quality, shipping time, maintenance, etc. Chris and Felicia did not mind responding at all, and they did so professionally and expeditiously. I was having trouble paying them with my credit card so Chris sent me Paypal link and that solved the problem. The product arrived sooner than expected and it was packaged beautifully. The quality is impeccable. The stitching is robust and clean with no lose threads.
Unfortunately, a few weeks after I installed the cover, I had a minor accident. My partner and I were fooling around and it scratched the leather cover. Unbeknownst to us, my partner’s back pocket had a zipper that was opened and it scraped the cover on the chaise and the sofa sections. I immediately emailed Chris of my issue. I also sent him pictures of the tear, taken in multiple angles so Chris can see the magnitude of the damage. I was pleasantly surprised that Chris ordered a replacement free of charge stating that the order has been placed and should arrived in a couple of weeks.
I was literally jumping for joy when I read Chris’ positive response. This company’s customer service is exemplary. And for that, I am a customer for life. Thank you, Chris! I will spread the word…
