We have the infamous, leather Ikea couch (Kramfors) that the seams in the seat cushions ripped apart and left big gaping holes. As the owner of two large dogs who are allowed on the couch, the idea of purchasing a new couch after only having this one for less than ten years was daunting. My husband did a Google search and stumbled across Comfort Works, so we decided to try them out. I am SO glad we did! We ordered two seat cover replacements. Chris at Comfort Works emailed me immediately asking if I'd like to get a sample of the leather to see if it was going to match the rest of the couch. I let him know I didn't, that anything would be better than the horrible rips we were living with. He said okay, and put my order into production. As promised, our order arrived within the 6-8 week timeframe they state on their website, and it even arrived in week 6! The covers were packaged well and arrived safe and sound. We took our ripped covers off, then pulled the new covers on. It took a little muscle because they are such a tight and perfect fit, but it wasn't too bad. The brown leather is a hair lighter and more red than our couch leather, but HARDLY noticeable. None of our friends have commented... they are probably too happy not to be sitting on ripped up furniture! We have had them a couple weeks now, and we couldn't be happier.
