Product was excellent and I was very happy. I thought this was a small UK firm but the packages were sent from China and I was charged import tax. Also the advice is to check the contents before signing, this was virtually impossible. All the contents were fine and I am extremely pleased with the product. I would suggest customers need to be made aware of import taxes or the firm reappraised its handling procedures.
