I needed to revamp my Kramfors leather sofa, which had stains and scratches on seat cushions. I googled and found Comfort Works. As they were literally on the other side of the world I did hesitate, thinking the postage would be high, communication would be delayed and that it would take a long time. I could not have been more wrong. After reassurance from the great online reviews, I gave them a go. From the initial point of contact Chuck and the team were exceptional in their customer-oriented approach. They gave me great advise, sent me a swatch (when I could otherwise have made a big error on the order) and were prepared to send me more fabric so that I can make scatter cushions. This was something I had asked of a UK based company which does covers for IKEA sofas - their response to my question on extra fabric was a flat 'no'. What a difference compared to Comfort Works! They followed up on every query virtually immediately, at one point instant messaging me throughout the ordering process and even thanking me (for taking half an hour of their time to sort out my order). What a team, I've never experienced such super service, customer focus and delight on receiving a terrific product. the A massive thank you to you all for what has been exceptional service and delivery. The sofa looks great, is far more comfortable than it ever was, now coordinates in the room better and saves me 1,000 euro in buying a new one. Additionally, I feel much more 'eco' in saving a perfectly functioning sofa from refill. Great result, highly recommend this company,
