I ordered a slip cover for Poang armchair and Solsta Pallbo footstools. All items were delivered very speedily to the UK with Chuck keeping me updated every step of the way. As it happens there were some fitting issues which turned out to be because I had a rogue chair model. Communication with Chuck was absolutely first class and we quickly resolved the situation. The quality of the workmanship on the covers is fab, with double seaming and finishing etc, and the customer service second to none. I would definitely recommend.
