I purchased a Ikea Hovas sofa cover and ottoman cover in kino ash for my daughter as a housewarming gift. Her original white cover had most definitely seen better days! She was thrilled with the finished product. The cover fit beautifully, the fabric is awesome and we had it on the sofa and ottoman in a matter of 10 minutes (no ironing required!). Chuck kept me updated throughout the process and notified me on a Friday that it had shipped and I had it delivered to my front door on that Monday. Amazing customer service!
