Exemplary customer service throughout the process. Chris was so helpful and polite answering my questions. The new slipcover looks great (we chose Gaia White in the snug fit) and was delivered surprisingly quickly. Our Pottery Barn Comfort Square Arm sofa had gotten rather grubby over the years with three pets, and now it's been given new life.
