Chris and the team at comfort works were a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is fantastic, and the quality of the product is great. We ordered a new cover for our poang chair. Our older model had different demensions for the cushions that the newer models, and while the covers didn't fit great at first they were willing to do anything and everything to make it right and get the perfect fit. I would definitively recommend their product and would not hesitate to order again. My only recommendation is to make sure your model is the same demensions before ordering! Thanks again!!
