I ordered a cover for an IKEA Vallentuna arrangement that I had purchased, as I just didn't like the stock IKEA covers. Comfort Works didn't even have the Vallentuna offered on their website, but I preferred their fabrics over the competitor, so I contacted the company and Felicia said that they could make it. Being that I was their guinea pig on this particular cover model, I have to say they nailed it first time out of the gate. I ordered and by the time I had received it I noticed that they had added the full range of Vallentuna modules to their site, so I felt a sense of pride in that, not only did I get a beautiful cover for my new sofa, but my order had helped the company to expand its website offerings. Anyway, being that prior to this order that particular model had not been added to the site, this order was done entirely through email communications, and I have to say that Felicia was great and communicated with me through the whole process. There was usually a day's delay in our communications back and forth, due to our being on opposite sides of the world, but her replies were always prompt considering. She was able to take my order, send me an invoice and pass my order along to the designers and seamsters all through email communications, and I was just very impressed with the level of customer service that I received during this whole process. If you're looking for a beautiful cover for your sofa I highly recommend Comfort Works both for their level of service and for a beautiful finished product. You won't be disappointed.
