I really appreciated that they took the time to ask me to double check my measurements. I ordered a custom slipcover and I know it wasn't easy for them to make the cover. Yet, they were really focused on doing the job well. When I received the slipcover, I was very happy with the fit. I even washed it and put it on! They did a great job with a challenging sofa. Their customer service is also great. Very responsive to questions and good at keeping their customers informed.
