We requested samples of some different materials, they came very quickly. We ordered a set of covers and were impressed that right from receipt of the order, we were kept informed as to their progress through manufacture, then shipping, then delivery. The covers arrived far faster than we had expected, they were well wrapped up and arrived in perfect condition. The standard of finish and the way they fir the sofa-bed is very good. We are really pleased with them and would highly recommend Comfort Works to anyone.
