Excellent customer service and very nice product. The process - from ordering a sample to having the final product delivered - was very transparent and simple. The slipcover makes my craigslist ikea score from a few years ago look like a new polished mid century sofa. I got new legs for it too, which look great. What a relief to have a fresh look in our living room! Makes me very happy to see each morning.
