My initial experience with Comfort Works was to request a few samples of fabric that I was interested in. From filling out the shipping address to receiving the samples was so easy and so quick! And I live in Japan! I finally made my choice (after looking at other like-products online) and placed my order with Comfort Works. I received it after a few weeks and it was a perfect fit!
