I have never had the quality of customer service that I had with Comfort Works. I had a representative email me with every new phase of the shipping process, and when my package arrived (2 weeks earlier than I thought!), they included small holiday gift favors that felt highly personalized. Highly recommend shopping from there. The products are of good quality as well!
