My overall experience with Comfort Works has been positive. I had two Ikea sofa's that I liked but didn't love the fabric and was really happy to discover a company that had thought if this and provided replacement covers specifically for Ikea sofas! They have a great variety of fabrics that are of better quality and style than the original fabrics offered by Ikea. When they arrived however I was not 100% happy with the fit so I communicated this to the Comfort Works Team they then resent me new covers to the measurements I requested incredibly quickly at no extra cost. The customer service has been absolutely brilliant and because I'm based in the UK and the company are based in Australia this brilliant and punctual communication is so important. They are a company you can trust and rely on and they seem to really care about their customers. My new sofa covers now fit really well and I am so pleased with them. I would definitely recommend this company and is a cheaper alternative than having to buy brand new sofas so a really great idea.
