The new cover for my Klippan couch far exceeded expectations. The fit, the fabric -- just wonderful! On top of that, the service is great. I can't believe how quickly my custom order was fulfilled. And, I loved being notified of progress each step of the way. From order through delivery I felt cared for -- imagine that from a business. Makes me wish I had more pieces to cover.
