The communication was exceptional...dealing with an international company I often wonder on how a transaction may transpire but I was pleasantly surprised on all levels - communication, updates on progress of the order and final result. Delivery was relatively prompt and according to my wishes. The arm rests are well made, the material is of high quality and I am very happy with them.
