We ordered our couch cover for our old, but much loved ikea couch. When it arrived the fit was not great but I thought we could live with it. We were then contacted by comfort works and I let them know it wasn't great. They then organised a remeasure from photos I sent them and we now have a perfect fit, at no extra cost! Could not be happier! Also excellent customer service through out. Thanks for helping our couch look brand new!
