I took a long time to decide. Comfort Works were wonderful. Very patient and provided in-depth answers to all my questions. It's a very personal service. Highly recommended. They were even happy to customise my order, and followed-up with a few questions (requests to make a couple additional measurements) which gave me confidence they were on-the-ball. The new slipcovers make my lounge seem brand-new. I'm very proud of how it looks.
