I bought a sofa cover in Dec 2017, and everything was fine. Got it on time, good quality, nice little note in the pack. Sweet.
Then 2 days ago we got a custom bill of 60 euros. That came as a bad surprise really, getting such fees 10 months after we bought our sofa cover.
Wrote to the customer service, and was treated extremely well, professionnaly, rapidly.
In times of uncontrolled e-commerce, fake reviews, oppressive marketing techniques and such, I felt I should point at this exceptionnel service i've witnessed.
Bill was taken care of (well, payment will be made in a day or two but I trust it will be made for real) and refunded to us by Comfort Works.
