incredibly personal and helpful experience with Comfort Works from start to finish in the process - we wanted a certain fabric that was out of stock, and when we asked in their online chat, they not only gave us an estimated date it'd be back in stock, but emailed a few days before that date to let us know it was back in stock! updates to our order were just right - not too many, not too few - and installing the sofa cover (we purchased a snug fit for the IKEA Manstad) was simple and fast.
