A couch I got from my family was in desperate need for a new slip cover. I contacted Comfort Works and ordered a cover for my Pottery Barn couch. However when it arrived it did not fit my couch. The couch was old and designs change. I reconnected with Comfort Works and they were wonderful. They gave me instructions on how to properly measure my couch, including videos. I measured and sent them the new measurements. They sent me a new cover which fits beautifully. They were patient, responsive, nice, and now my couch looks like new. My advice is to ask them to send you the measurement chart. I would use them again.
