Customer service for Comfort Works is the best! I had a small error with my order but the chat customer service feature was FAST and EASY. It was truly effortless to receive help from Sarah, and my order was fixed ASAP.
The slipcover fits like a glove and I LOVE the variety of colors and fabrics (way more exciting than what IKEA offers). My sofa has a new look, more life, and a new slipcover has saved me money in the long run.
