This company and its products have exceeded all my expectations (IKEA-Karlstad-3-seater+chaise-longue). Product was easy to find on the website, easy to customise and easy to order. The fabrics are exactly as described (and actually a lot better than I expected). My compact, perfect box arrived two weeks earlier than expected, with everything in tact and in place. Each piece of the sofa puzzle comes with a lovely little label inside, telling you where they go. I actually assembled it by myself with the help of this video (I hope the link works).
