I bought an older IKEA chair off an ad on Craigslist. It was in great shape structurally. The cover... had seen better days and was not a flattering pattern to start with. I was shocked not only at how quickly it came, but how much communication I received throughout the entire process. And when the cover arrived, it was beautifully packaged. I put it on right away and am thrilled with the quality of the product I received for the value. A perfect fit, beautiful seams and quality zippers. This chair is no longer an eyesore.
