We ordered twice covers: once for our Ikea chairs, once for our Ikea sofa bed. The chair covers fit perfectly. However, after the first delivery of the sofa cover we discovered that the sizes were wrong due to a size difference in our country compared to other countries. After immediate assistance from Chuck and the team, Comfort Works sent us a new cover: for free! And the size is now perfect. Also extra import taxes were reimbursed very fast. We’re delighted, and we recommend Comfort Works.
