We bought two chairs from IKEA for our house in France. We saw from the IKEA catalogue that loose covers were available, but when we asked IKEA in London, they said that they did not do them. So we ordered them direct, they arrived very promptly and are an excellent fit. We are very pleased with them, and with the service that we received.
