Great customer service - Omar was on hand to answer all my questions. Leather was a good match for my existing kramfors couch..(had to replace the cushion covers after my kid threw up on it) The new leather is a bit softer - not sure if it will hold up for the 12 years that I've had the couch for so far - but only time will tell. For now, very happy with the result. Also - it was an impressive delivery....payment was accepted monday morning (13th) and delivered to my door the following monday (20th).
