This company is amazing! I searched high and low for a replacement cover for our Pottery Barn sectional that would be high quality and not cost more than a brand new couch. I was almost to the point of giving up when I came across Comfort Works. At first, I was disappointed when I saw that they didn’t carry a cover for the couch we had. However, when we reached out to their customer service department we found out that they would custom make a cover us! All we had to do was send them photos and fill out the measurement form they provided. They even turned our photos into diagrams to show where we should measure-it was so easy! These people are a class act-from start to finish they were helpful, kind and quick to respond to all of our questions. Their prices are incredible and the quality of their work is top notch. We couldn’t be happier with our slipcover.
