I received an excellent, durable cover for my Karlstad love seat and chaise. I am very happy with the final results and will definitely use Comfort Works again. Yes, it took a bit of time with a lot of back and forth, but this was a happy outcome, as I would have ended up with the wrong covers due to user error. Thank you to Omar for being patient and working with me and my erratic schedule!
