In addition to what appears to be an extremely finely crafted slipcover that looks and fits great, we were also very impressed and pleased with the excellent customer service (Samantha). Hopefully we don't need a new slipcover for a long time, but if/when we do, I will not hesitate to contact Comfort Works again!
