First, the customer rep who worked with me, Ning, was amazing! She was patient and when I struggled to measure things properly, she took the photos I had original sent and market what dimensions and angles needed to be measured. And when I didn't send them in immediately, she checked to make sure everything was all right. In other words, she held my hand through the whole process and was responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. She made the experience top notch. And then the sofa cover arrived and I was thrilled. It is far, far better quality than the original from Pottery Barn. The material is soft and high quality. The workmanship is beautiful. And Comfortworks even sewed in a kick pleat. Our couch looks better than brand new. It looks better than what I could buy anywhere else. And the price was so reasonable. As you can tell, I'm thoroughly satisfied and will return again for their great work. Shout out to Ning, she rocks!
