The customer service of the company was fantastic always keeping us up to date even when there was a delay due to material not being available. It would have been 5 stars however the covers for the cushions are a not as tight as I would have liked. Compared to the actual sofa itself which fits perfectly the cushion covers are little looser than I would have liked.
