Great customer service throughout with emails sent to provide updates on production and shipping, also very prompt response to my query. Sofa cover was very well packed and easy to install; helped by the labels inside each cover detailing what they are for - a great touch. I ordered the 'performance velvet storm', lovely and soft and somehow made my sofa more comfy 😊
