I had an older extra long Pottery Barn Mitchell Gold sofa that needed a new slipcover. PB no longer offers covers for that style. I was worried about having to provide my own measurements but the process was easy and worked smoothly. They picked up on one error I had made and had me remeasure. Customer service throughout was wonderful. The covers arrived and fit as expected. I could not be more pleased! My grandson was the first visitor after I put on the slipcover. He is quite happy with “the new couch.”
