I had a great experience with comfort works. Customer service was so helpful, kept me updated throughout on anticipated delivery as my fabric was a pre order. Shipping was way faster than I expected too. The covers were very easy to install and look and feel great! Color is just as I had hoped. My cat loves the claw proof fabric too!
