I was very impressed with the wide selection of fabrics, and happy that they had some nice claw-proof options, as I have two puppies. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Even though the fabric I selected was special order, i was surprised how quickly it was produced and shipped to me. It totally transformed my boring IKEA chair into something that looks much more expensive. Very happy!
