You will see my previous low rating of this company, but I have no way to retract that--and I'd give them five stars except for my initial dealings. Finally, after posting my review, I was contacted by someone who was able to expedite (is it really expedited if you have already waited months?) my replacement covers made to my measurements for two Pottery Barn sofas. The cotton duck is high quality, thick and soft. The fit well and look great, and I am ordering a second set--which if all goes according to plan I will rate a 5. My initial experience with their customer service folks was not stellar, but once my concerns were escalated, they quickly retified the issues with the first covers.
