It just makes sense that the best pellet stoves on the market would have a great and easy to use website. Bought a used unit ( my second) and replaced many components as a precaution as previous owner had not been kind to it. Live chat was great, got what I needed as well as some info I didn’t know I needed.
Also bought a battery back up for my original comfort bilt- had a ton of questions answered in a quick phone call.
