I receive prompt attention to any of questions or concerns with my insert. The product is outstanding and when I needed service the tech walked me through the issue, got my stove going and sent a replacement part overnight. You can't get that service and attention from our local stove shop, never mind the quality of the stove to begin with. I highly recommend Comfortbilt.

I recently ordered some parts for our pellet stove. I received everything I ordered quickly. Everything came packed well and no shipping damage. The only hitch was the Fed-Ex guy can't seem to figure out the difference between my neighbor's house number and ours. He has been leaving our deliveries at the wrong house. Calls to Fed-Ex get no action.

Very happy with my r50s stove. It's much quieter and more efficient than my old pellet stove, not to mention more reliable. I am easily heating my 2200 square foot home in 20 to 30 degree weather.

Recently bought an HP22 pellet stove to replace my wood burning stove, wish I had done it years ago. My home is so much warmer now and it’s a lot easier than dealing with wood. The stove is very easy to clean and work on if needed and the customer support is great should you ever need it. I do recommend that you buy the hooper extension as it makes loading pellets easier and longer run times.

Received damaged product which wasn't assembled correctly prior to shipment. I submitted a work order to rectify the problem and was contacted back very shortly. Correct parts were shipped out and I replaced them and the stove works fine.

Spent $30 more buying directly through them than if I purchased through Amazon with thr assurance that they would be able to track the package better and have better control over the order. When the product got "lost" during shipping and I called to enquire, they simply told me I'll have to talk to FedEx. Don't waste your money buying directly get its cheaper on Amazon..

Awesome pellet stove parts and tech guys are easy to talk to if you need them stoves are easy to maintain I have two of them HP 22 and HP 50 HP 22 heats downstairs and half the upstairs while the HP 50vheats most of the up stairs.

Called with a starting problem. Chuck gave me the solution and sent me a new starter under warranty. He was very helpful, gave me his direct number, and said to call if problem not solved.
