They service was good on ordering my new room blower, although, i am very disappointed that it had to be replaced. The new fan seems to be louder than the old one, can hear some bearing rattle! The stove is 3-4 years old and the fan should last much longer on an $1800 stove. Now it seems like my pellet auger stops feeding occasional and the fire goes out. We have enjoyed the stove but thought we would get trouble free operation for many more years than we have.

I'm on my fourth season with my HP-22N and I have been really happy with it, I wish the burn pots lasted longer as they are not inexpensive, along with the igniters.

I have not used my new ss Firebox yet. BUT on the stove itself. I have a 22. Nice stove. Good heat. It has the extended pellet storage. The top on the stove needs to be opened up.. the whole top needs to be open so you can fill it with out spilling pellets. It's hard to put a bag i in...

The stove is very quiet and puts out more heat than the Quadrafire 800 that I was replacing. I haven’t had any of the problems with the auger stopping when the hopper is half full that the other reviews mention. Customer service was also great when I needed new magnets for the door, which broke during shipping. My only complaint is the shipping times. I ordered the stove through Home Depot and it took a month to get here. The magnets took 2 weeks and it was just an envelope. I have noticed that it generates more ash than my previous stove, but that just amounts to slightly more frequent cleaning and is a small trade off for the value of the stove.

Setup, features and performance are all great! The only negative so far is frequency of cleaning ash pan. I had a Harman Accentra for 18 years and only had clean the ash pan/burn pot once every three weeks or thereabouts. With the Comfortbilt HP-22N I have to clean it every two days (based on running 24 hours a day).

Overall the website has the necessities we need to keep using our pellet stove. Customer service has done great in helping replace all the parts that go down.

Had problem with seldom used fireplace stove insert. Your on site rep helped me try to trouble shoot, and finally offered a replacement blower motor. Mine had burned out after about 200 hrs of useage. Since installing and opening the input slide to full, the unit runs great! I'm a bit frusterated with your operating instructions. Seems like too much data, and not enough info. I never read clearly how the slide was to operate. in addition, the slide control used is fine for stand alone unit, but for fireplace insert, a shaft extenstion should be added thru the side gap allowing for adjustment when unit is running. This would be an easy check when troubleshooting. ie grab little handle and slide outboard. If clarifiaction needed please call 260-241-8242

Everything was great until I tried to hook it up. Then things fell apart. The exhaust port is cockeyed making the stove unusable as is. I've sent a photo to tech support for review and action! Action is the key word. I love the stove, but it needs work or replacement

Replacement vacuum switch arrived promptly, but the old switch is working fine. I learned a lot about the function of a vacuum switch, and now I have a spare. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Well I always did get good service till recently, when I had a problem. After two emails no reply. I called today about why I haven't heard from anyone. Things have changed the way Comfortbilt does business now on the technical support side. Sounds like I am on my own!!

We love the stove now. When initially started it just wasn't blowing out much air. Watched utube video and found the fan wasn't running. Disconnected and reconnected and all was good. This should be in troubleshooting guide. Also truck driver took out our mailbox.
