I have a hp22n nothing but bad heating elements 8total still problem new brain. New advanced element woks go a week then stops. I have left a message about buying a new one ask on recording for some one to call back to one has reached out to me. I am tired of working on this. I don’t know what to do now

Ordered 30’ flex pipe kit. But out of stock. Comforbilt never told me. I had to call and get update. Poor service. Poor product support. I would recommend other vendors. Also, don’t buy their stove. Much better stoves out on market. Like Harmon. Pay for what you get. Totally disappointed in them. Also Gordon Clay needs to find another job

Stove only three months old have issues with noisy auger. Had a mini explosion inside because of igniter didn’t ignite several times called many times company sends me parts to fix my own stove, which is under warranty I refuse, do not buy even ask for a call from the manager or the owner. No respond.

Very disappointed in the stove...i have had the stove for a ltlle more than a year ..used approx. 7 mos. On my 4 th igniter...bearngs replaced..and some kind of relay disk replaced., and main power switch. I bought this stove because i thought it would be easier than hauling wood....its not. Its starting to act up again as i write this...THISSTOVE IS A LEMON!!

I bought this stove for a rental big mistake trying to save money has probably ended costing more than a high end stove I’ve had to replace just about every part on this stove some multiple times my suggestions spend the money on a higher end stove

Just put new auger bearings in a stove that wasn't a year old, month later new bearings already moaning. Can't recommend this stove sorry.

Ordered a new exhaust fan motor. Was sent a 220v motor when it should have been a 110v

Gordon is whom I dealt with and Gordon needs a new job. He was the RUDEST person I've have the displeasure of speaking with so far this year. He was about as helpful as a pebble. He was unwilling to answer my questions regarding my stoves warranty, which, according to his talking over me, nothing is covered because Gordon says so. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or if it's because Gordon is simply NOT the customer service type, but this certainly made up my mind to never buy a Comfort-Bilt stove again.

Very disappointed with this product. The unit is only 2 years old. Ignitors fail, Power was dieing and i was unable to get any diagnostic. Founf a defective power switch. Now after sitting dourmant all summer the unit needs a high temp sensor. Not a fan of all the repairs

Spent $30 more buying directly through them than if I purchased through Amazon with thr assurance that they would be able to track the package better and have better control over the order. When the product got "lost" during shipping and I called to enquire, they simply told me I'll have to talk to FedEx. Don't waste your money buying directly get its cheaper on Amazon..

Mr Glenn Turley, I purchased one of your stoves from Lowe’s. It was shipped. By the time I got it installed, it was over the 30 day return policy. I called tech support. I explained to them that during the burn phase and when the fan kicked, it made a rattling noise. Tech support sent out a new motor and said the fan may have been damaged during shipping. Being a new stove , I wanted a certified Comfort Built technician to replace the fan and motor. I went round and round with Jonathan and Todd via phone calls and texts. No good. Got to the point where they didn’t even return my texts. I work for NYSDOCCS and don’t get a lot of time. So, I took the day off eventually, fixed it myself. There is a design flaw that causes your noise…not a replacement part. Thanks John and Todd for nothing.! Clowns. I fixed the stove with a modification. I will not be buying another Comfort Built Stove and will spread the advice to every CO I know. Quality service starts with customer service. You just don’t blow off customers and tell them to do it themselves and they’ll extend parts warranty for a year.

I purchased an HP 22 from Lowe’s in September of 2022 to be used in a rental that we have that my mother is living in. Out of the box the stove did not work, the control panel was faulty, so you sent us a new one. Then the combustion fan did not work, so you sent us a new one of those to replace the one on the stove. I have pictures of the fan that was taken off the stove and it was obviously used. So I paid for a brand new stove that had used parts on it. So then the motherboard went out on this supposedly brand new stove so you sent me a new one. This all happened in a matter of three weeks. Three parts failed on a BRAND NEW out of the box stove in three weeks. Customer service refused to send a repairman and also refused to send me a new stove. I had to figure out how to fix it myself. Shame on you for your lack of concern and your unwillingness to send someone to fix it even though parts AND labor are covered! You didn’t honor your warranty and I am reporting to the better business bureau

Really dissatisfied to say the least. For one the way it sits in its resting spot. Why isn’t it made to fit tightly against the fire or that part of the stove built out to meet the pot? This is my second year and my wall is ate out bad! From the pounding that area takes from the heat and the pellets! If the pot extends up to the slide where the pellets come out it covers that whole area! Or like i said a piece of steel under the pellet chute as wide as the pot? Then instead of making it squared off ? Have the bottom shaped like a bowl ! To eliminate all of the seams and 90s where all the excess builds up? Hope this helps out ? I pull my burn pot every cleaning and wash it in soap and water to keep it clean .

When I purchased this pellet stove I asked about the warranty on the unit and I was told that parts and labor were covered for the first year however I was not told that your company did not have technicians near me. I believe that I should have been told that labor for repairs was not always available. The only thing I can mention positive about your company is that parts are sent expeditiously. Additionally I have owned this unit for 3 years and it has broke down at least 5 times. In fact the unit broke down almost immediately after just a few uses! It’s very difficult as a retired disabled veteran to install parts on my stove. I have to reach out to friends and family members to come do the repairs that I can’t do. Because I have no faith in your product I purchased an extended warranty which I have had to use. I have mentioned my disappointment several times to the persons whom I’ve dealt with when troubleshooting or ordering parts and to date have not had one person from your company reach out to me. This says a lot to me about how this company treats a customer who paid $1700+ for this stove! I cannot in good conscience recommend your company to anyone.
