I purchased an HP 22 from Lowe’s in September of 2022 to be used in a rental that we have that my mother is living in. Out of the box the stove did not work, the control panel was faulty, so you sent us a new one. Then the combustion fan did not work, so you sent us a new one of those to replace the one on the stove. I have pictures of the fan that was taken off the stove and it was obviously used. So I paid for a brand new stove that had used parts on it. So then the motherboard went out on this supposedly brand new stove so you sent me a new one. This all happened in a matter of three weeks. Three parts failed on a BRAND NEW out of the box stove in three weeks. Customer service refused to send a repairman and also refused to send me a new stove. I had to figure out how to fix it myself. Shame on you for your lack of concern and your unwillingness to send someone to fix it even though parts AND labor are covered! You didn’t honor your warranty and I am reporting to the better business bureau
