When I purchased this pellet stove I asked about the warranty on the unit and I was told that parts and labor were covered for the first year however I was not told that your company did not have technicians near me. I believe that I should have been told that labor for repairs was not always available. The only thing I can mention positive about your company is that parts are sent expeditiously. Additionally I have owned this unit for 3 years and it has broke down at least 5 times. In fact the unit broke down almost immediately after just a few uses! It’s very difficult as a retired disabled veteran to install parts on my stove. I have to reach out to friends and family members to come do the repairs that I can’t do. Because I have no faith in your product I purchased an extended warranty which I have had to use. I have mentioned my disappointment several times to the persons whom I’ve dealt with when troubleshooting or ordering parts and to date have not had one person from your company reach out to me. This says a lot to me about how this company treats a customer who paid $1700+ for this stove! I cannot in good conscience recommend your company to anyone.
